Introduction

By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing any game, placing any wager, or otherwise using any part of the ngaso77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ngaso77 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any revision or update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the ngaso77 Services is subject to the following eligibility conditions, which must be satisfied at all times:

3. Singular Account Restriction: Each individual may register no more than one (1) account on the ngaso77 platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
4. Accurate Information: All personal information provided during and after registration must be accurate, current, and complete. ngaso77 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or materially incomplete.
5. Jurisdictional Compliance: It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ngaso77 Services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they access the platform. ngaso77 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond those it actively serves.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full range of Services, including the ability to make deposits, place wagers, and process withdrawals, Members must complete the account registration process and, where required, submit to the ngaso77 Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedure.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, Members are required to provide accurate personal details including but not limited to their full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number, residential address, email address, and preferred contact number. Members agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 KYC Document Requirements

ngaso77 may, at its discretion or where required for withdrawal processing, request that Members submit one or more of the following identity and address verification documents:

• Valid Government-issued Photo ID: MyKad (Malaysian National Registration Identity Card), Mykad, Driver's Licence, or a valid Malaysian or foreign passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, SYABAS, Indah Water), bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months, displaying your name and residential address.
• Selfie with Identity Document: A clear photograph of the Member holding their photo ID in a manner that makes both the Member's face and the document legible.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used to fund the Account (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet registration, bank account statement header).

4.3 Verification Timeline

ngaso77 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. The platform reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC where verification remains outstanding.

4.4 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including login username and password. ngaso77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your account. Any activity conducted through your account credentials will be attributed to you, and ngaso77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Member has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.

Terms of Use

By accessing and using the ngaso77 platform, you agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal, recreational purposes and in strict accordance with these Terms. The following conditions apply to all use of the platform:

5.1 Permitted Use

• You may access and use the platform only for your own personal recreational use.
• You may only fund your account from payment sources that are lawfully owned by and registered in your own name.
• All wagers placed through your Account are made on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

5.2 Platform Access

ngaso77 strives to maintain platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party network disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services. ngaso77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

5.3 Game Rules

All games offered on the ngaso77 platform are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and the rules of any specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") software and/or live dealer procedures and are final.

5.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, software fault, or communication failure during the course of a game or transaction, ngaso77 reserves the right to void the affected game round or transaction where the integrity of the outcome cannot be verified. ngaso77 will not honour winnings that result from a clear technical error, regardless of whether such winnings have been credited to an Account. Members will be notified and affected funds will be returned where possible.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ngaso77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment channels:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, Financial Process Exchange (FPX)

All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). ngaso77 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the Member's own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Members may contact support for information on their specific applicable limits. ngaso77 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits for responsible gambling purposes.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following indicative timelines:

• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes following approval.
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfers: typically 5 to 15 minutes following approval.
• Direct bank wire transfers: typically 15 to 60 minutes following approval.

All withdrawal timelines are indicative and may be extended during public holidays, system maintenance periods, or where additional verification is required. ngaso77 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documents have not been submitted.
• Active Bonus Funds are attached to the Account with outstanding wagering requirements.
• Unusual activity or suspected fraudulent behaviour has been flagged on the Account pending investigation.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limit for the Member's account tier.

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. ngaso77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence prior to processing any single withdrawal request exceeding RM10,000.

Bonuses & Promotions

ngaso77 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and any specific promotional terms communicated at the time of the offer.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a standard wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings attributable to Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Members are advised to review all bonus terms before claiming any offer.

7.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds not utilised, and associated wagering requirements not satisfied, within the stipulated validity period — typically 7 to 30 days from issuance depending on the specific promotion — will automatically expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.

7.3 Bonus Abuse & Arbitrage

ngaso77 reserves the right to cancel, reclaim, or withhold any bonus — and any winnings derived therefrom — where it reasonably determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, bonus hunting, or collusive play. Members who create multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times will be permanently banned and all associated funds forfeited.

7.4 VIP & Loyalty Programme

ngaso77's loyalty programme rewards eligible Members with tier-based benefits including expedited withdrawals, dedicated account management, exclusive promotional access, and higher platform limits. Membership and tier status within the loyalty programme is granted at ngaso77's sole discretion and may be reviewed or revised at any time. Migration tier-matching for Members transferring from other platforms is offered as a discretionary promotional benefit and does not constitute a contractual entitlement.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ngaso77 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all Account balances, including deposits and winnings:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias or third-party identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other mechanism to interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Engaging in collusive play, match-fixing, chip-dumping, arbitrage betting, or any other form of coordinated or manipulative wagering strategy.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical glitches to derive an unfair advantage, including exploiting RNG patterns or game mechanics unintended by the software developer.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, or sharing your login credentials with any other person.
• Impersonating any other person or entity, or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the platform's infrastructure, servers, or other Members' use of the Services.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ngaso77 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, text, software code, interface design, game assets, promotional materials, and the overall "look and feel" of the platform — is the proprietary intellectual property of ngaso77 or its licensed third-party partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer upon the Member any right to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of ngaso77.

Any unauthorised use of ngaso77's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Game content displayed on the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective third-party game studios and is protected accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ngaso77, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.
• Any loss of funds, winnings, or account balance due to technical errors, system failures, or connectivity disruptions beyond ngaso77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events.

In any event, ngaso77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by ngaso77's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by Member

Members may close their Account at any time by contacting ngaso77 customer support through the live chat facility. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Members requesting account closure under a self-exclusion programme will have their account blocked immediately upon confirmation. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be refunded via the Member's registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements.

11.2 Termination by ngaso77

ngaso77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Participation in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 08.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or direction from a relevant authority.
• Inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. ngaso77 will attempt to contact the Member prior to applying any dormant account administrative fee.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, ngaso77 reserves the right to retain all funds in the Account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, forfeiture of all balances — including real-money deposits and winnings — may apply. ngaso77 will not be liable for any losses incurred by a Member as a result of a legitimate account termination.

Responsible Gambling

ngaso77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Members. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and have implemented tools and procedures to support at-risk players.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Members through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session duration alerts and automatic log-out timers.
• Loss Limits: Members may set rolling loss thresholds after which access to the platform is temporarily restricted.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary break from gambling (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from ngaso77 may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

Where disputes relate to game outcomes determined by certified RNG software or live dealer procedures, ngaso77's outcome records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the actual outcome and shall be binding on the Member absent clear evidence of a technical malfunction.

Amendments to These Terms

ngaso77 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments may be necessitated by changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform functionality, or operational needs.

Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Reviewed" date. Where a material change to the Terms affects Members' rights or obligations in a significant manner, ngaso77 will endeavour to provide notice through the platform's notification system or via the registered email address associated with the Member's Account, with a minimum of 7 days' prior notice before the revised Terms take effect.

It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and submit a request to close your Account.
